POSITION SUMMARY
This position will oversee the coordination, receipt, rotation, and transfer of all products, food, and otherwise at the resort. If you are a well-organized individual with experience managing the smooth functioning, staffing, orchestration, and staging of products to be shipped, apply today!
This is a Flex Year-Round position, which means that you will work 10 out of 12 months in the year. This also means that Year-Round benefits apply, however there are 2 months during the year when business levels are lower, and scheduled hours will not be provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist the Warehouse Manager in forecasting and management of labor needs for efficient operations
Responsible for maintaining proper storage, quality, freshness and rotation of F&B products
Maintain a professional level of cleanliness in all work areas
Oversee loading and staging of goods to be transported out of base area, and manage their movement around SSRC locations
Receive and confirm uploaded product pallets repack if necessary
Supervise efficient loading of delivery pallets onto haul cats and on-road vehicles
Facilitate recycling by overseeing the organization and downloading of all waste materials from mountain lodges
Position requires working weekends and holidays as needed
This is an hourly non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic computer knowledge required
Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, experienced in inventories and employee management or equivalent required
Must have valid driver’s license without limitations or restrictions and meet company’s insurability standards
Communicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and written
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company’s Service Excellence standards
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED equivalent
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Resort hourly pay range: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. from head to floor level and back up
Ability to walk on uneven slick conditions in extreme weather conditions
Must be able to walk stairs – no elevator is available for employee use
Must be able to ski or ride to a level proficient enough to get yourself around the mountain
Must have excellent hand and eye coordination in order to safely operate heavy equipment on designated mountain trails in extreme weather conditions as well as safely maneuver haul cat around buildings and mountain warehouse receiving docks
Must meet SSRC minimum driving standards and have current Driver’s license
