DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you'll contribute to managing logistics operations for pharmaceutical products, and scientific equipment. As a Logistics Specialist I, you'll coordinate shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain supply chain operations. You'll handle 3PL vendor management (in-stock & outbound operation,) analysis & improvement, inventory & AOP (budget) management, and work with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent service. REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required; prior experience required supply chain operations
• Preferred Fields of Study: Logistics, Import/Export,
• Professional certifications in logistics or dangerous goods handling are advantageous
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD) and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Vendor Management skill or experience
• Preferred English language skeills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
• Experience with QMS and ISO13485
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions
• Experience of creating and revision SOPs
• Strong customer service orientation
