- Under the guidance of the Manager, accountable for the on time delivery of equipment, material and documentation within the OM/E budget and in conformity to the purchase order specifications.

Main Accountabilities
1. Expedite and manage suppliers of static, fired, rotating, E&I equipment, and bulk materials to ensure on-time delivery within the OM/E budget.
2, Monitor, track, and manage the receipt of critical documents and information from suppliers, including organization charts, progress reports, fabrication schedules, and critical material overviews for prefabrication.
3. Conduct shop visits to supplier facilities to audit manufacturing status, compile and issue expediting visit reports, minutes of meetings, and monthly expediting reports. Reinforce expediting efforts and raise alerts when delays are detected.
4. Proactively monitor all supplier activities from design development, material procurement, manufacturing, testing, and shipping preparation. Review vendor progress reports and fabrication schedules, raising alerts for deviations.
5. Identify potential delays or issues with deliveries, initiate corrective actions, and collect recovery plans from suppliers. Support plan reviews and maintain up-to-date tracking data in progress management tools.
6. Manage and collect relevant information such as schedules, actual progress, and deficiencies to maintain a claim dossier for each purchase order. Support the claim leader in negotiating claims with suppliers.
7. Coordinate with project and technical teams to expedite technical and procurement tasks from purchase order placement to the review, approval, and compilation of vendors' final documentation.
8. Ensure documented order closeout, contribute effectively to back charges related to cost deficiencies, and provide support to claims management.

Differentiating Criteria
Responsible for transportation requiring a good knowledge in terms of customs and import/export (good knowledge of the limitations, rules, etc., but not specialized)

2. Training: Quality System (ISO).
3. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
