🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project implementation, including timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, and governance.
Coordinate warehouse operational readiness, including layout, infrastructure, equipment, SOPs, and team onboarding.
Manage budget and cost control for implementation activities, ensuring alignment with the approved financial model.
Maintain and escalate risk/issue logs, driving mitigation actions to protect timelines and service levels.
Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, leading meetings, managing expectations, and overseeing go-live and stabilization.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English required).
Organizational, analytical, and risk-management capabilities.
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
