As a Logistics Process Engineer, you will play a key role in leading improvement projects, implementing cutting-edge digital tools, and ensuring our warehouse and logistics systems run at peak performance. If you are passionate about digitalization, data-driven decisions, a

Responsibilities:
Leading projects to eliminate losses in the logistics department
Maintaining current applications and implementing new ones for the digitalization of logistics processes
Managing end-to-end projects focused on digitalizing logistics operations
Analyzing key performance indicators and implementing improvements across the department
Ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse accounting systems (SAP/RTCIS/PRIME) and quickly resolving any issues
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary 170 500 rubles gross

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
English language proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher
Solid experience with SAP, WMS, and MS Office
Advanced user of Power BI, Power Automate, KNIME, and AI tools
Experience in logistics is an advantage
Strong communication skills combined with leadership and analytical abilities
Strong desire for continuous learning, high initiative, and flexibility.
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
