The primary focus of the logistics planner role is to support transportation, customer service and planning functions which may include but are not limited to the following for the Nalco Water Paper Division: supporting logistics tracing operations, supporting proactive late order communications, analyzing and processing routine SAP sales order reports, process documentation / monitoring and project support as directed. This individual will also have the opportunity to support various aspects cost savings and optimization initiatives for the Paper commercial group.
Independence Level/Reports to: Personnel must be able to work with a high level of independence. A self-starter / self-motivated individual will thrive in this role. The responsibilities and tasks for the role are not completely defined and may change in scope over the next 6 to 12 months. The chosen candidate will report to a local logistics supervisor and work activities will affect operations in North America (NA).
The role will allow a candidate to successfully support sales operations and drive delivery optimization for all transportation modes servicing the Paper group. Candidates can also expect to support process documentation as well as defining success factors in a variety of PowerBI dashboards.

Minimum Requirements
Advanced students or graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred), or in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal, written and timely communication skills
Excellent English-Speaking skills
Experience with customer service
Experience with SAP
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
Experience with PowerBI
Experience working with external support vendors
