What you´ll be doing:
- Correspondence with clients, processing and realization of incoming and outgoing orders, monitoring of goods flows
- Invoicing of logistics services and support to management in planning the organization of the invoicing process of "contract logistics – third part logistics" services
- Work on creating monthly and annual reports of the analysis of warehouse-logistics operations and distribution ("KPI" – reports on indicators of the success of the performance of services)
- Cooperation and support to transport departments in planning deliveries and organization of goods transport (communication with various distribution systems and courier services)
- Cooperation and support to the customs department in monitoring the flow of goods in the customs warehouse
Our ideal candidate has:
- Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
- Desirable 1-2 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package and the functions of the Warehouse Management System
- Good knowledge of customs documentation and customs warehousing procedures
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Accurate, self-initiative and self-confident personality
- Business orientation and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and motivating attitude
- Driving license level B
