  • Responsible for end-to-end production planning for new drill manufacturing and reconditioning services for drills and endmills

  • Manage distinct planning logic for each stream: make-to-stock and make-to-order for new drills; service order management for reconditioned tools

  • Weekly OTD (On-Time Delivery) tracking — plan vs. actual — across manufacturing and reconditioning workflows with structured reporting to site leadership

  • Prepare weekly and monthly production plans aligned with capacity, incoming reconditioned tool volume, and raw material availability

  • Hands-on management of SAP planning module to drive scheduling, procurement, and inventory decisions across both business streams

  • Ensure availability of all required raw materials and consumables (carbide blanks, regrind stock, coatings, packaging) per plan

  • Manage inbound logistics for used tools received for reconditioning, including tracking, intake coordination, and turnaround time commitments

  • Ensure timely communication to internal and external customers on planned volumes, reconditioning lead times, and delivery commitments

  • Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs including stock availability, delivery precision, lead times, and delivery accuracy; drive corrective actions when targets are not met

  • Manage quarterly volume and inventory forecasts; track reconditioning service volume trends and adjust capacity planning accordingly

  • Responsible for vendor scheduling per production plan and priorities, including semi-finished blank and consumable suppliers

  • Lead implementation of LEAN concepts

Your Profile

  • Engineering or Business degree; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in logistics or supply chain in a manufacturing environment will be equally considered

  • Direct experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain execution in a precision manufacturing or machining environment preferred

  • Experience managing supply chain for both make-to-stock manufacturing and service/repair operations is a strong advantage

  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management concepts

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Required Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple planning streams with different demand patterns and lead time structures

  • Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working with all levels of management, from shop floor to global directors and vice presidents

  • Strong continuous improvement and business systems development mindset

Benefits We Offer
