Major Duties:

  • You will formulate and execute the Life Cycle Sustainment strategy for the assigned system(s) and determine the best approach in expending resources to provide the best value long-term outcomes for the Warfighter.
  • You will lead and provide overarching guidance to a team of government and contractor product support functional analysts to complete deliverables in support of both internal SSP business processes and externally driven reviews.
  • You will utilize the NAVSEA Enterprise Training System (NEPS) system to manage Task Planning Sheets. You will support acquisition planning, program management, level of effort tasking, and task planning sheets.
  • You will provide support cost information to submit/defend system(s) budgets in response to Planning, Programming, Budget and execution (PPBE) calls.
  • You will formulate and deliver tailored briefings to CPS program stakeholders.
  • You will provide required data to senior leadership, field activity and other program office personnel.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing Task Planning Systems within an organization such as NEPS (Navy Enterprise Planning System) to manage and track organizational task planning requirements tied to funding lines; leading, coordinating efforts, and improving the effectiveness of logistical support operations; managing comprehensive coordination of functional specialists in identifying specific obligations, timelines, and schedules to ensure actions meet each requirement on time.
