GENERAL PURPOSE
The Logistics Coordinator will communicate with internal customers (Studios, Customer Service) and partner with Operations Teams, Distribution Centers (3PL), and Delivery Agents (Middle/Final Mile) to ensure a positive customer experience within the transportation role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Effectively communicates, responds, and resolves assigned cases in Salesforce.com.
Ensures a timely resolution of transportation and agent-related service issues.
Efficiently utilizes the applicable carrier tracking systems
Works with carriers, studio associates, phone center personnel to arrange for the retrieval and return of company assets.
Other duties as needed to support the goals of the business.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of 2 years previous transportation or distribution experience preferably in customer service function or logistics roles.
Proficient utilization of ERP and WMS system knowledge (NetSuite/Salesforce/Manhattan)
Familiarity with basic logistics terminology and flow.
Ability to work with limited direct supervision and track many issues/processes daily.
Must have excellent communication and written skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, demonstrating a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
