Logistics Coordinator

Be a partner to ensure high customer satisfaction through incremental improvements of planning and scheduling

In this role, you will be responsible for making sure supplies, stock materials, packages and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely as per HSE requirements.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

• To support and perform Export and Import logistics activity

• Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment

• Ensure effective coordination of logistics activities with other associates

• Inventory monitoring and control of Finished Goods (FG)

• Coordinating with warehouse and production for arrival of goods and arrange for shipment

• Prepare necessary documents for export both in English and Arabic based on requirement

• Communicate with associates for any delay or change in the shipment plan

• To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment polices

• Maintain optimum stock level of FG always in the warehouse

• Maintain MSL of imported items and tinting paste

• Ensure cost efficient distributions and reduce FG unhealthy stock

• Logistic optimisation and cost control

• To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

This role will report to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and will be based in our Kuwait factory.

Furthermore, we expect that you have

• Graduate in commerce or equivalent

• Ideally 3 plus years professional experience within a warehousing and export activity

• Preferable to have experience with ERP systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic will be a plus

• Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines

• Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills

• Disciplined and structured approach to maintain data in the system
