As a Logistics Coordinator at Boston Dynamics, you will help to strengthen our world-class service and support efforts to meet the demands of our global customers. Every day, you will work to support our logistical needs and deliver quick solutions for both inbound and outbound shipments. To thrive in this role, you must have exceptional attention to detail and familiarity with global logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:
Book outbound orders with our 3PL and stage for pickup at the loading dock. Pick/Pack orders as needed.
Assist with providing documentation for customs clearance.
Coordinate with the service team to schedule domestic RMA transportation and monitor through the repair process for return to the customer.
Resolve RMA arrival discrepancies and update the service team on any delays.
Assist supply chain team on inbound transportation for inventory purchase orders and outbound RTV items with the purchasing team.
Provide loading dock advanced notice of any inbound RMAs, POs, or inventory transfers.
Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Service to drive logistical solutions and resolve customer/supplier shipment issues quickly and efficiently.
Process internal domestic & international shipments across all departments.
Document and track all logistics administration activities promptly and accurately.

Applied knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including inventory handling, shipping documentation, and transportation coordination.
Ability to work with ERP and logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS).
Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of trade compliance and logistics regulations.
Problem-solving ability for resolving standard logistics issues independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Typically 1+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
Exposure to logistics operations through internships or entry-level roles preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using enterprise systems is a plus.
Demonstrated experience with hazardous materials handling
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
The pay range for this position is between $30.67 to $36.09 per hour. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
