DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to global health through our clinical research and laboratory services. As a Logistics Associate III, you'll ensure the effective coordination of materials and supplies for clinical trials. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage inventory, coordinate kit production, and maintain efficient supply chain operations that support therapies and research.

You'll oversee logistics processes including international and domestic shipments, material coordination, and quality control while working with teams to ensure on time delivery. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in managing shipments/transfer, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in GMP environments while contributing to our mission of improving health and environmental safety.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience with inventory management
• Preferred Fields of Study: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Technical certifications relevant to logistics/warehouse operations may be considered
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 20KG and work in various temperature environments
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a regulated environment following SOPs
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data
