We’re looking for a Logistics Planning & Stock Control Assistant to join our team on a 6‑month contract, supporting our Plant Logistics and Stock Control teams during a particularly busy period. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative or logistics experience who’s ready to step into a varied, operational support role.
6‑Month Fixed Term Contract - Harlow, ESSEX Site 5 days per week full time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plant Logistics Responsibilities
Manage logistics for UK and EU customer orders
Process import/export customs requirements for EU shipments
Learn the full MAM end‑to‑end process (full training provided)
Book transport across multiple modes and prepare accurate loading lists
Work closely with Customer Service
Raise requisitions for raw materials and packaging via MD04
Raise STOs for shipments to external storage and toll manufacturing partners
Use CRM system to order ad hoc materials
Conduct stock counts and follow up with reporting
What You’ll Bring
SAP experience Essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Proven organisational and problem‑solving skills
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
