ROLE SUMMARY
The Logistics Analyst, as a core member of the Market’s Logistics Organization and reporting to the Logistics Coordinator, is responsible for the coordination/execution of Logistics/Distribution operations in market, whether inhouse or LSP managed. She/he is responsible for end-to-end processes - Inbound, Storage, and Outbound processes for finished products in market’s Distribution Center (Inhouse, LSP) and delivery to Pfizer’s customers (until point of handover), in accordance with defined operational processes (Global and Market) and existing SLAs. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating market’s Warehousing and Distribution processes in compliance with Good Distribution Practice Regulations, Operational Compliance minimum standards, Customs and Global Trade controls, and all applicable Global/Local regulatory guidelines.
- Execution of daily operations (import operations, inbound logistics, outbound logistics, transportation), and value-added operational activities (ex. Marketing Aids, Samples, Secondary packaging), as identified for the market – coordination with ELC/Supply points, 3rd party clearance agents, DC operators / LSP / 3rd party vendors / freight forwarders
- Daily and systematic tracking of daily operational activities to be orchestrated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate activities related to preparation, communication and handover and archival of shipping and other operational documents (ex. Inbound/Shipping: invoice, packing list, COO/Legalization. etc Transportation: POD)
- Coordinate activities related to master data accuracy of SKUs (including new SKU, HS code, etc)
- Responsible for timely execution, reporting and investigation, and closure (including adjustments and archival) of market’s inventory count process. Additionally, execute inventory reconciliation full cycle for LSP managed operations.
- Execute destruction operations complying with Global EHS guideline and market’s formalized destruction process
- Coordinate exception management activities including: Incident management, Complaints, Returns and Recalls, etc. in a proactive, timely and compliant manner
- Coordinate meeting scheduling and action tracking when needed for efficient running of T2 process, and LSP reviews and support Market Lead/ Logistics Coordinator with data inputs.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives for the market – where possible, use insight to identify CI initiatives
- Support Market Lead/ Logistics Coordinator in accuracy checking of invoices and POs, and timely booking of distribution expenses
- Coordinate market’s serialisation activities appropriately meeting Pfizer minimum requirements and Regulatory guidelines
- Liaise in-market Warehousing and Distribution processes, tasks and documentation in compliance with - Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations, Pfizer’s Supply Chain Quality Agreement(s) for Logistics Service Providers, Pfizer minimum standards of care (EH&S, BCP, DG, Controlled, Global Security), FMD/Serialisation mandate, Global Trade compliance, FCPA guidelines, and all applicable Global and Local policies and regulations - to maintain the quality and integrity of the distribution supply chain.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in progress with 2 years or above experience in Logistics and Distribution Operations.
- General understanding of Supply Chain E2E processes
- Digital skills including Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) and ERP systems
- Understanding of Project/Program Management essentials
- Ability to analyze and connect volumes, revenues and cost drivers to market’s distribution budget
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in pharma / supply chain / logistics
- Experience within Pharmaceutical industry or similar
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder management experience

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Hybrid work model, with three on‑site days per week at the offices.
On‑site presence may takeplace at either of the following locations:
- The offices located in Mercado Central, Buenos Aires, or
- Thames office park.
