1. Experience and skills requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business administration,
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. English is required.
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization
-1 - 2 years in logistics job is an advantage.
2. Descriptions of Job duties:
-This role will be reporting to Logistics Executive.
-Administration:
o Receive shipment order; create and dispatch incoming task on Diag system.
o Track shipment’s TAT in Diag system and ensure data’s accuracy.
o Monitor status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to client.
o Communicate all client and shipment issues to direct supervisor.
-Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics operations and prepare reports, dashboard, inventory, and attendance record to monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
o Coordinate with Logistics Executive in KPI and performance tracking, analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Support branch operation daily activities and other duties as assigned.
