About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our production operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth material supply, accurate inventory records, and timely invoice processing. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient running of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record inbound material deliveries, including CHEP pallets.

  • Maintain accurate data across internal and external systems and spreadsheets.

  • Manage inventory purchasing and ensure stock counts are correct.

  • Resolve invoice issues and support accounts payable for timely settlements.

  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to support production operations.

About You

  • Knowledge of logistics, warehousing and production – Ideally within a manufacturing industry

  • Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain coordination; SAP knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
