Job Summary:**

The Logistics Trainee will support the VALEO CLIMATE CONTROL DE MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. logistics team in optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring efficient material flow, and contributing to overall operational excellence. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
* Learn and apply company procedures for warehousing, material handling, and transportation.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure timely material availability.
* Participate in data analysis and reporting related to logistics performance and efficiency.
* Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics operations.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
