Logistic & Procurement Process Specialist

Job Description:

  • A.Main activities

  • Provide expertise & support to Supply & Demand
    operators on processes & tools.
    Lead & contribute to cross-functional and/or multi-sites and/or transnational improvement projects.
    Manage Business & customers’ requirements.
    Perform Supply & Demand costing activities (X to cost approach).Perform project management activities.Manage
    outsourced activities (Work specifications, follow-up of deliverables...).
    Master, control, optimize E2E Supply & Demand processes & tools.Ensure adherence of Supply and Demand
    community to processes and tools.Perform flow analysis and eliminate non value added activities.
    Ensure compliance with processes.
    Define Supply & Demand master data management rules and take appropriate actions to secure data accuracy.
    Perform problem solving on Supply & Demand processes/methods/tools.Participate and collaborate to E2E Supply &
    Demand governance.
    Contribute to design and implementation of the most optimized logistics solutions.
    Develop and maintain competencies of Supply & Demand Community.Create, maintain or provide support
    documentation. Create or contribute to creation of training material, and perform training.Perform change
    management to the Supply & Demand community.
  • B.Most critical problems that arises regularly

  • Ensure that all the SAP eWM Process in Logistic Area inside LOG 4.0 Project & Customizing are properly configured, monitored and updated.
  • Help in identifying the root cause of incidents and bugs, proposing solutions and improvements.
  • Keep the Process up to date and leading the tracking of current and future SAP Flows
  • Act as focal point for IM, helping to achieve eWM LOG 4.0 Project goals.
  • C.More important decissions

  • Needed technical expertise to manage and support the logistic flows to be implemented within the scope of project LOG 4.0 for Industrial HUB and AHE logistic Flows.
  • D.Outputs

  • Requirements will be addressed within the scope of the project LOG 4.0 for Industry.
  • Solutions will be implemented and delivered for internal customer validation.
  • Necessary technical documentation will be handled as needed.
  • Project meetings participation is required.
  • Issue resolution management / correction implementation as needed.
  • Active involvement in project team activities, including global communications if needed, workshops, documentation, etc.
  • Experience in SAP Logistic WM Module, optional experience in eWM and desire in SD, PP, QM and MM linked wih eWM.
  • ERP & SAP mindset, familiar with best practices and implementing Project Management  guidelines
  • Methodology and Process Management abilities,
  • English, High level (understanding technical documentation,  speaking with other AG colleagues)
  • Indutrial, Computer Engineering or other technical related education desired.
