Objective of the role (Why)
The primary mission of the department is to manage and develop the LOD1 credit risk across Ayvens Group. This includes:
- Contribution to all credit risk projects and initiatives
- Central supervision of credit processes around the world, of which ensuring quality, efficiency, productivity
- Ownership of the process for credit files outside local credit authorities
- The outsourcing of credit assessments (LOD1) from local Ayvens entities to the Ayvens Shared Service Centre (AY SSC).
Areas of responsibilities (What)
Governance
- LOD1 responsible for all required reporting and (proposing of) decisions within Ayvens
- Together with LOD2, own and improve the credit risk controls, data, models and policies
- Propose the credit risk appetite from LOD1 / Commerce
Process:
- Ensure insights in the processing time of credit files within and outside Ayvens delegation and share with the relevant stakeholders
- Discussions with other SG business units on credit files
- Consolidation of credit files outside Ayvens INT PCRU to simplify process
- Speed-up where possible decisions on credit files within SG Group
- Simplify the credit process where possible, incl. taking a leading role in implementing IT solutions.
Projects:
- Contribute to central projects related to credit risk
- Initiate projects in alignment with other stakeholders
Competencies (How)
- Execute projects for business and risk processes automatization
- Increase Risk Awareness
- Produce progress reports and presentations, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with all necessary departments/countries
- Deliver the product/solution and keep ownership on it and internally market the added value of the solution
- Drive the change and ensure solutions are used
LOD1 Credit Risk
- Participate in building connections between SG, Commercial Department, AY SSC and Risk department through the projects’ initiation and management with IT and Risk.
Credit Risk Banking Relationship
- To be a part of Credit Risk Department discussions and projects
As team member
- Carry out any other such duties as the company may reasonably expect from time to time.
- Participation in the operation of the International commercial Team:
- Active participation in all meetings of the team
- Brand Promotion AYVENS Automotive internally and externally
- Coaching of colleagues, both AYVENS International and markets
Job requirements (Who)

Education / knowledge
- Minimum BA Degree from related field like economics, finance
- Knowledge of risk subjects and regulator’s requirements
- At least 5+ years’ experience in credit risk management
- Experience with SG credit process would be an asset
- Process/project design/management experience

- Microsoft Power BI, Excel high proficiency
