Lobby Bar/Epilogue Server (On-Call)
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar & Epilogue Speakeasy who has 1 –2 years of Food & Beverage experience.
The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef. Epilogue Speakeasy offers a refined conclusion to your day—a destination where history, elegance, and innovation merge.
Much like an epilogue enriches the main narrative of a story, this adults only speakeasy enhances your experience by connecting you with Florida’s vibrant history through a captivating cocktail journey.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail to both locations assisting with various tasks to maintain a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will also oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance, expertly served beverage or dining experience, and conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar and dining areas before and after service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide support to the bartending and serving team as needed to ensure efficient service.
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or other requests as necessary.
Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and seamless guest experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required.
Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
