What You’ll Do
Monitors and processes loan requests and inquiries submitted in the Loan Operations mailbox such as loan payments, advances, maintenance and research including reconciling items from the loan control account.
Ensures proper booking and earnings of all loan fees/costs in accordance to Financial Accounting Standards and Financial Management policy.
Ensures that all transactions between the loan system and general ledger are balanced. Research and resolve general ledger differences.
Process special handling accounts- over advance, protective advances, SWAP, SBA, etc.
Creates and processes payoff letters for all portfolios.
HELOC stop payments.
Reports SBA Colson Reporting monthly.
Exception reporting
Niche loan processing
SBA and participation processing and reporting
Resolving billing errors
Research and resolve complex requests
Provides customer service to external and internal customers.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in financial services
Must have significant experience with commercial loans
Must have significant back-office loan processing experience with commercial , residential and small business loans
Office or teller experience; loan operations and loan documentation experience a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced computer skills

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
