Within the Credit Oversight team, the Loan Account Specialist II focuses on processing of consumer and commercial loan payments, payoffs, draws, funding and charge offs.
How you’ll spend your time:
Initiate wires
Park uploads of general ledger tickets
Monitor, review, and reconcile departmental general ledger accounts and reports
Second day review of maintenance transactions and error resolution
Monitor departmental mailboxes, answer customer inquiries, and resolve routine problems
Help create instructions and establish guidelines to perform job functions
Calculate loan items and changes such as interest and payments
May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years Commercial and/or Consumer loan experience
Knowledge of consumer and/or commercial loans
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Compensation Range:
