Loadout Supervisor

Atlas Energy Solutions is in search of a Loadout Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Team. This role is an integral aspect of Atlas Energy Solutions’ Service model providing Best in Class Loadout Operations. The Loadout Supervisor will be responsible for Department Team Management, Loadout Operations, & Process Development and Management. This role is multifaceted, high impact and imperative to the Atlas Energy Solutions culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates effectively with executive level individuals and organization in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment to deliver an exceptional customer and hauler experience
  • Ability to manage shift work personnel and plan a dynamic work schedule
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement of trucks at loading facilities
  • Knowledge of TxDOT weight regulations
  • Ensure all loads are within the legal limit
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and measuring compliance of Loadout Department rules and processes
  • Ensure accuracy of data from mine gate to customer offload
  • Development and maintain Loadout department processes that increase efficiencies and improve quality of service
  • Optimize and automate department processes
  • Optimize truck throughput and tonnage per truck per customer requirements
  • Loadout Department Team Development
    • Performance Reviews
    • Goal Setting
    • Disciplinary
  • Responsible for haulers and drivers throughout the entire loading process
  • Collaborate with the IT/OT team to ensure operational functionality at corporate headquarters and loading facilities
  • Collaborate with plant Maintenance team to ensure operational functionality at loading facilities
  • Reporting and managing of day-to-day issues
  • Reporting property damage to legal, safety, and accounting
  • Ability to be on call 24/7
  • Evaluate key performance indicators that impact office and logistic efficiencies
  • Perform data analysis in excel for department labor forecasting and analyzing KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge; VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Table, Filters, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting
  • Strong demonstrated communication, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
