The Manager of EBS Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight across settlement, Accounts Payable, vendor management, financial controls, and compliance. The role ensures accurate financial operations, strong internal controls, and effective governance supporting service provider settlement, purchase transportation, and Accounts Payables.

Key Responsibilities                                                                         

·        Lead end‑to‑end settlement, invoicing, AP operations, and service provider program administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policy.                                                            

·        Oversee complex financial activities including vendor contract management, recovery and loss programs, expense monitoring, issue resolution, and receivables reconciliation.                                                                    

·        Serve as the primary escalation authority, applying structured analysis and sound judgment to resolve high‑risk, cross‑functional issues.                                                                   

·        Strengthen internal controls and compliance, managing SOX 404 documentation, testing, audit support, regulatory adherence, and governance activities.                                                                           

·        Manage implementation and ongoing oversight of governance, risk, and control (GRC) technologies, and collaborate with systems teams to automate controls and optimize operational technologies.                                                                       

·        Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and systemic trends, translating insights into measurable, cross‑departmental improvements.                                                               

·        Lead change and standardization initiatives, aligning operational modernization with broader strategic priorities.                                                                              

·        Develop and elevate team capability, coaching analysts, modeling high‑performance behaviors, and driving continuous improvement in operational execution.                                                                            

·        Partner with business, legal, and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve contractual or payment issues, including investigations into potential fraud or manipulation.

·        Advanced analytical capability, identifying systemic patterns, generating insights, and recommending targeted process improvements.                                                                     

·        Change leadership, guiding process modernization and standardization initiatives.                                                                         

·        People leadership and talent development, strengthening team performance and operational maturity.                                                                               

Required Qualifications                                                                 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.                                                                       

·        8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Operations, Finance, or related functions.                                                                              

·        Preferred: Experience with GRC systems, ERP platforms (Oracle, Teradata), analytics tools (Power BI), and exposure to databases, scripting, or automation technologies.                                                                             

·        Strong understanding of AP controls, settlement processes, compliance requirements, and end‑to‑end financial operations.                                                                           

·        Fluent English (written and verbal), capable of navigating senior‑level communication.
