LM474: Assoc Marketing Specialist

Full time

Paseo De Los Tamarindos Núm. Ext.: 400 A, Arcos Torre I Bosque de las Lomas 05120 Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CMX Mexico

The Associate Marketing Specialist (Pricing) is primarily responsible for supporting pricing requests and pricing execution activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. The role focuses on the operational and analytical handling of pricing requests, including price setup, validation, and quality checks.

In addition, the position provides analytical support to senior pricing and commercial stakeholders through basic performance tracking, forecasting assistance, and data preparation.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Zero to two (0–2) years of professional experience in pricing, marketing, sales, or analytical roles within a corporate environment. Basic understanding of pricing processes and fundamental marketing concepts. Strong analytical skills with good business judgment and sound decision-making abilities. High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in request-based, process-driven environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with databases or reporting tools is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

The ideal profile for this role is a junior or early-career Associate Pricing Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, business analysis, or similar analytical environments. The candidate should have a strong quantitative and numerical foundation, advanced Excel skills for their level, and the ability to work accurately in process-driven, request-based settings. This role is primarily focused on executing and managing pricing requests, applying pricing rules, performing validations and quality checks, and maintaining pricing data with high attention to detail. While exposure to business, financial, and commercial concepts is expected, the role does not involve ownership of pricing or commercial strategy; instead, it supports senior stakeholders through reliable analysis, data preparation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with operational execution, and curious to learn pricing and business fundamentals over time, with potential to grow into more advanced pricing roles as experience and judgment develop.
