What the Role Entails

岗位职责：

1.负责机器翻译（文本）、语音翻译（ASR/ST/TTS）、多模态翻译（OCR/字幕/图文）模型与系统研发，提升质量、延迟与成本指标。
2. 面向游戏本地化、实时聊天翻译、直播同传/字幕、UGC内容翻译等场景落地，完成从方案设计到线上发布与迭代。
3. 搭建数据与评测闭环（清洗/对齐/采样/标注、自动评测+LQA），建设术语/风格/标签保护能力，降低错译、漏译与格式破坏。
4. 推进生产工程化：高并发服务化、监控告警、灰度发布、SLA保障；进行推理加速与资源优化（缓存/批处理/量化/并行）。

Who We Look For

任职要求：

1. 扎实的MT基础：熟悉Transformer/LLM-MT、训练与解码策略、领域自适应与质量分析方法。
2. 语音翻译或多模态翻译经验优先：ASR/ST链路、OCR+版面分析+回填渲染、字幕处理等。
3. 强工程能力：精通Python，熟悉PyTorch/Transformers/DeepSpeed；具备线上系统设计与落地能力。
4. 熟悉推理与性能优化：GPU部署、吞吐/延迟优化、量化（INT8/4bit）、推理框架（vLLM/TensorRT等）优先。
5. 良好沟通协作与自驱力，能把业务目标拆解为可交付的算法与工程方案。

加分项：
- ACL/EMNLP/NAACL 或 NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR 相关论文/开源贡献。
- 游戏行业语言技术落地经验（本地化/聊天/直播字幕/UGC/术语体系/合规治理）。
