The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about training and equipping military units with the skills they need for mission success? We are seeking a dedicated Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Instructor and Equipment Operator to work hands-on with military units from the tactical level to the headquarters level. In this role, you will provide basic operator-level training and instruction on simulators and systems, while also helping units develop realistic and effective training scenarios to enhance their combat readiness. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that warfighters are proficient in the utilization of LVC training environments.
You will deliver training sessions, operate and troubleshoot LVC equipment, and collaborate with military personnel to design and implement immersive training experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of military operations, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively.

You'll also advise and assist on design, development, procurement, and installation of a Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) network. You'll provide a technical analysis of LVC systems, networks, hardware, and software solutions to ensure procurement plan meets client requirements. You'll work with Component Commands to develop achievable training requirements without duplication from Component training agencies and Higher Headquarters. You'll help manage daily workflow from client and Supported Commands with an internal team, prepare slides for briefing, set up and host meetings, track and manage team travel, and draft documentation for submittal to funding sources. This position is located in Tokyo, Japan and will require travel throughout the Pacific region and the US.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in military training or operations at the tactical or headquarters level
Experience with operating and providing instruction on LVC training systems and simulators
Knowledge of current military tactics, techniques, and procedures
Knowledge of training functions and systems across all aspects of an integrated DoD LVC network
Ability to develop and execute training scenarios that address specific operational needs
Ability to provide recommendations on LVC hardware and software to support Component Command training requirements
Ability to work with and clearly communicate complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and their respective staffs, including senior level staff members at the Joint or Combined level
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoD acquisition processes and systems engineering
Experience with integrating LVC training systems at multiple levels of command
Top Secret clearance
Military Training and Simulation Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
