About the role
SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a Live Services Administrator to join our Customer Communications and Marketing team within the CX/Product/Policy Directorate on a permanent basis. The team ensures that SLC can deliver an efficient and effective service to students, sponsors, repayers and internal and external stakeholders via appropriate communications delivered through a variety of digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the publication of user-friendly, channel appropriate, content, forms and messaging across all products and channels. You will also contribute to the delivery of project requirements, providing resource for research, reporting, testing and information gathering.
What you bring:
Excellent communication and organisational skills with very good attention to detail in written and administrative work
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively while taking ownership of work streams and initiatives
Excellent time management skills with ability to adapt and reprioritise workload effectively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationship
Working knowledge of HTML, content management systems and accessibility requirements for online content and downloadable items (desirable)
Experience with cloud-based technologies including CMS and mass communication systems (desirable)
