Overview of the role:
As a Live Dealer Specialist, you will support our Live Casino operations and help deliver engaging player experiences. You will have the opportunity to learn about Live Casino gaming whilst supporting table optimisation efforts and executing promotional campaigns. Reporting to the CVM/Live Casino Manager, you will learn about Live Casino operations whilst supporting table capacity optimisation and promotional campaign execution. You will assist with provider communications, help identify trends, and support campaign delivery under guidance from your manager.
Working alongside experienced team members, providers, and marketing teams, you will develop your understanding of Live Casino player behaviour and industry best practices. Your enthusiasm to learn and support team objectives will be essential as you build your expertise in this exciting vertical.

What you’ll do:
Assist manager with optimising table capacity and efficiency, supporting communications with Live Casino providers to enhance player experiences.
Help maintain day-to-day relationships with Live Casino providers under guidance, supporting smooth operational delivery.
Support execution of promotional campaigns specifically designed for Live Casino players, ensuring accurate delivery of campaign elements.
Assist in identifying trends in Live Casino gaming and player behaviour, helping to gather insights for strategic planning.
Support provider communications to help optimise player experience, learning about Live Casino operations and player preferences.
Help monitor Live Casino performance metrics and player engagement, supporting data gathering and basic analysis.
Assist with Live Casino promotional activities, working with marketing teams to support effective campaign delivery.
Support coordination with internal teams to ensure Live Casino campaigns align with broader objectives.
Help maintain documentation of provider interactions, campaign performance, and operational insights.
