Litigation Support Specialist (Paralegal III)

CGS is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team supporting the legal mission of a large federal agency located in Salt Lake City, UT. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in providing litigation support tasks like legal research and writing, document preparation, and numerous other tasks to support the federal attorney team.

Job Duties:
  • Administration of document review databases (e.g., Relativity and Eclipse)
  • Conducting legal research via LexisNexis/Westlaw
  • Draft litigation documents to include briefs, memos, & pleadings
  • Support multiple attorneys with calendaring
  • Summarizing reports and other legal documents 
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be a United States Citizen, eligible to receive a Public Trust security clearance.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and the end-to-end litigation lifecycle.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis,
    Westlaw) and litigation support software.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, manage voluminous case files, and maintain rigorous
    organizational standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with attorneys, investigators, and court
    personnel. 
  •  A Bachelor’s degree or Certified Paralegal (CP) credential is preferred.
