Understand and analyze requirements from stakeholder interactions
 Perform user service for provisioning, decommissioning of servers, provision of IPs,
installing applications and end-to-end server support during business hours
 Perform audits for inventory management of servers and periodical backups
 Deploy infrastructure made up of complex systems and services
 Identify and resolve incidents or issues reported escalated by INOC team
 Evaluate new technologies, benchmark, monitor and ensure performance as per SLAs
and timelines

 Execute Proof of Concepts, provide Tier 3 support, low-level, systemic troubleshooting &
debugging of single and distributed systems
 Document technical standards and best practices for team reference

Skills: Essentials
 Bachelors’ degree (B.E/B.Tech) with 5-7 years of relevant experience on server
side
 Experience on Scripting, writing playbooks in Ansible
 Expert in working with Operating Systems: Linux (RedHat 6,7 and 8), Microsoft
Windows 2012 and newer
 Expert in working with Languages: Bash - AWK or SED, Regular Expressions,
XML or Markup, PowerShell
 Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP (Internet) protocol suite - TCP, UDP, IP,
ICMP, telnet, NFS, CIFS and SMB, HTTP, LDAP, NTP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP,
SNMP
 Strong knowledge of Hardware: x86: x86: HP, Dell, Cisco; PCs, including Mac,
Hitachi Data Systems, EMC or NetApp
 Strong knowledge of • Open Source: Apache, Tomcat, Samba, ISC BIND (8,9) and
DHCP, RCS or CVS or Git, OpenSSL, GNU utilities, Zabbix, Nagios
 Strong knowledge of concept of file systems and Ext 3 or Ext 4; RAID
 Knowledge of “Cloud” and Virtualization - AWS: EC2, EBS, S3, ELB, CloudFormation
and Nutanix
 Knowledge of concepts of Data Protection and Security

Skills: Essentials
 Knowledge of “Cloud” and Virtualization - VMware: vSphere and ESXi, VMFS, vCenter
 Knowledge of Puppet
