Linen Distribution Supervisor (Hourly) – NOVO Health Services

Location: On-site at healthcare facility
Position Type: Full-Time (Hourly)

About the Role:

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on Linen Distribution Supervisor to lead on-site linen operations within a hospital environment. This role ensures all departments have the clean linen they need while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily linen distribution and collection activities
• Lead and support a team of distribution team members
• Ensure all departments maintain proper linen inventory levels
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant linen and soiled areas
• Conduct daily inspections and monitor linen quality
• Coordinate with the off-site processing plant for inventory flow
• Track usage, identify loss/misuse, and implement improvements
• Partner with hospital departments to ensure service excellence
• Step in to support operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience (healthcare or distribution preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Physical Requirements:

• Push/pull carts up to 200–400 lbs.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
