The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a premium Lincoln guest experience, guiding guests through their vehicle service needs with care, attention to detail, and professional communication.
This role is centered on building lasting relationships, delivering top-tier luxury service, and ensuring every Lincoln guest visit is seamless, personalized, and memorable.
Lincoln Guest Experience - Serve as each Lincoln guest’s primary point of contact, providing a personalized and elevated service experience throughout their vehicle’s maintenance or repair journey.
Communication - Listen attentively to Lincoln guest concerns, ask thoughtful questions to ensure accuracy, and clearly communicate service recommendations, timelines, and expectations.
Service Coordination - Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure all required work aligns with the Lincoln guest’s needs and expectations, providing accurate and timely updates.
Scheduling & Logistics - Manage service appointments efficiently while keeping Lincoln guests informed of any changes or delays.
Problem Solving - Address Lincoln guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions that prioritize guest satisfaction and brand excellence.
Documentation - Accurately record repair orders, service details, and relevant information to maintain clear and transparent service records.
Follow-Up - Maintain communication with Lincoln guests after service completion to confirm satisfaction and offer additional assistance as needed.
Lincoln Guest Education - Provide guidance on routine vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended care, helping Lincoln guests better understand and protect their investment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in guest service, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
