THE JOB:
Join our team as a Limousine Dispatcher where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience. You will coordinate transportation requests, ensure timely service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Coordinate limousine reservations and communicate with casino hosts, VIP staff, and drivers to ensure seamless guest transportation.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all departmental transportation activities.
Use radios, phones, and CRM software to monitor driver status, track flights, and manage dispatch operations.
Arrange additional limousines for special events or extended-distance requests.
Train new dispatchers on communication systems, software tools, and dispatch procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Highly organized and efficient in multi-tasking is preferred
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays is required
