Lifecycle Services Product Analyst

Description -

The WW LCS Product Analyst will play a key role in providing analytics that create business insights, inform business decisions, and drive financial performance.  Analyze, review, and provide support for the LCS business initiatives and objectives.  Works on complex assessments that span across multiple functional areas that require significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work. Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
  • Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement programs and associated processes to drive profitable growth.
  • Develops and reviews revenue and margin contribution for various service offerings.
  • Leads and supports the development of pricing strategies.
  • Evaluates how structural changes, such as subscription, sku reduction, and modular offering, will impact the business revenue and profitability.
  • Works cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and other HP groups to drive LCS initiatives and opportunities.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 5-10 years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
  • Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of how to analyse business problems using Excel, Access, PowerBI, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
  • In-depth and broad knowledge of company organization, functions, culture, HP WS portfolio, routes to markets, and end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.
  • Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
  • Ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management.


 

The base pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
