Position Overview:
The Licensing Program Coordinator will lead a subset of our licensing business. This role is responsible for managing relationships with key licensing partners, driving sales growth, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing customer experience across licensed product offerings. The ideal candidate has a background in product development, merchandising, and licensing operations, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and deliver measurable results.

Essential Functions:

· Lead always-on licensing programs with external partners
· Track and manage royalty payments with finance
· Manage royalty payments vs. advances annually
· Collaborate with brand teams to review and approve product line plans
· Drive sales growth targets
· Provide partner feedback to improve customer experience
· Facilitate weekly and monthly performance check-ins with licensees
· Recommend promotional strategies to support sales and visibility
· Manage creative calendars and cross-functional communications
· Oversee sales forecasting and licensee performance scorecards
· Host quarterly business reviews and monthly brand alignment meetings
· Ensure licensing earnings accuracy in partnership with finance
· Monitor licensee websites for brand consistency and visual integrity
· Align product mix with brand goals and market trends

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in licensing, merchandising, brand management, or other relevant experience.
· Proven experience in managing outside providers
· Strong understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
· Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in consumer goods or lifestyle brands
· Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital merchandising
· Background in creative marketing or visual merchandising
· Experience working with third-party licensees or agencies
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization
Working Conditions:
· Hybrid, 3x in office per week
The anticipated pay range for this position is $76,300-110,000, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
