Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensing Approvals & Timeline Manager to serve as the liaison between our internal teams and licensors/licensees. Managing seven brands across men’s and women’s apparel, you’ll ensure smooth approval workflows and timeline coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Submit artwork, CADs, and samples for licensor/licensee approvals.
- Gather feedback and communicate cross-functionally with design, production, and leadership.
- Coordinate approval timelines, sample reviews, and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with brand approval policies and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in licensing approvals or related roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with project management tools and approval workflows.
- Ability to work across multiple categories and report to the SVP Divisional Head.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000
(Actual salary based on experience and skill level)
