We’re seeking a dynamic, transformational leader to join our P&C Claims team. As the Manager, you’ll oversee a team of skilled adjusters, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing talent, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Lead & Inspire: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property and casualty claims adjusters.
Drive Performance: Set clear productivity standards, monitor quality, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Transform Processes: Partner with leadership to define short- and long-term goals, streamline workflows, and elevate service delivery.
Coach & Develop: Provide ongoing feedback, training, and career development opportunities to help employees succeed.
Ensure Excellence: Oversee complex claim settlements, legal reviews, and escalated customer issues with precision and care.
Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party administrators to ensure seamless communication and superior results.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in residential property damage claims within a P&C environment
2+ years in a leadership/people manager role with proven success in coaching and team development
Strong knowledge of Xactimate and virtual inspections
P&C Adjuster license required
Ability to lead change, think creatively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills a plus

Pay Range:
$86,000.00 - $143,700.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
