About This Role
As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) in our PACE program, you’ll play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and as a valued member of our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you’ll bring therapeutic care to life—delivering compassionate, hands-on support tailored to each participant’s unique goals.
This is more than a clinical role—it’s an opportunity to truly connect. You'll build meaningful relationships, support whole-person care, and make a lasting difference in the lives of frail seniors. Whether you're helping a participant walk more confidently, recover from a hospitalization, or simply stay active and engaged, your care will be essential to their ability to thrive at home and in the community they love.
