We’re expanding our Maryland telehealth team and looking for passionate, licensed therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact—one session at a time.
$65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
$45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (supervision offered)
Full-time- 36 Hours/weekly
Work from anywhere in Maryland!
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families who need it most.
CEU reimbursement (up to $300 annually)
Free clinical supervision (for eligible roles)
Leadership and advancement opportunities
Contribute to our growing Residency & Fellowship Program by mentoring early-career clinicians and shaping the future of behavioral health.
We prioritize clinician well-being, collaboration, and long-term success.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop client-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR
Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
