About the role

We are currently seeking Licensed Indigenous Security Officers to join our team. This is an opportunity to bring your skills, cultural knowledge, and professionalism to a role that makes a real difference. This role is about it’s about connection, cultural respect, and impact. You’ll work with our client to embed cultural capability, strengthen partnerships, and support peoples needs.

As a Licensed Indigenous Security Officer, you will:

• Provide safety and protection for clients, staff, and visitors
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with professionalism
• Engage respectfully with community members and stakeholders
• Bring cultural awareness and understanding to enhance service delivery

Skills and experience

• Valid Security license, First Aid certificate and Certificate II in Security Operations
• Customer service experience
• High standard of presentation and grooming
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to safety and integrity
• Indigenous heritage and community connection valued and respected
• Valid WA driver’s license
