Required Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited program
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate library research and technical concepts
Working knowledge of print and electronic resources for a wide variety of disciplines
High level of computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Qualifications:
Recent experience in reference work and instruction in an academic setting is an asset
Experience working with content management systems such as LibGuides is an asset
Experience with AskAway virtual reference an asset
