SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting new and existing Team Members in becoming familiar with Tyson and accessing community services, housing, schools, medical services, social services, etc. as needed.
Responsibilities include:

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor s degree in HR or Public Relations preferred.
Experience: 2 plus years experience with Tyson s public relations or social service experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills with strong Excel, Powerpoint, etc experience and knowledge.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have excellent interpreter and translator skills for English to Marshallese . Supervisory: May be required to manage office staff and assist HR Manager.
