The LI Production Manager is responsible for the production´s output according to customer consumption, in close collaboration with the End to End Optimisation Center and in compliance with quality, safety, and environment regulations.
He/She animates and manages the production team in order to improve site performance (safety and process safety, plant reliability, energy consumption), notably by putting the proximity maintenance under control solving technical and improving process control (safety, reliability & efficiency).
He/She ensures coordination with the other teams (Industrial / Maintenance teams, End to End Optimisation Center , Business Development / Energy teams, Performance teams, HQSE teams and any other key stakeholders for Primary Production Operations).


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

1. Supervision of plant operations

  • Ensure availability of production equipment and compliance with standards and regulation.
  • Organize production according to customer requirements in close collaboration with , in coordination with other involved teams (Industrial / Maintenance teams, End to End Optimisation Center ( SIBO), Business Development / Energy teams, Performance teams, HSE teams and any other jey stakeholders for Primary Production Operations) to achieve the targets at Facility Level.
  • Propose and implement, in collaboration with the End to End Optimisation Center ( SIBO) and industrial Management experts, improvements to both process efficiency and reliability.

2. Organization & Team Coordination

  • Coordinates the local operating and maintenance technicians team.
  • Optimize business operations by adjusting resources allocation to meet current needs, establish working schedules.
  • Propose new working methods to improve business efficiency as part of a continuous improvement process.

3. Coordination of proximity maintenance process

  • Lead the site´s proximity maintenance, in collaboration with the Regional Maintenance Manager and Procurement Department.
  • Ensure implementation of the proximity maintenance program and budget.
  • Ensure deployment and compliance with Large Industries´ best practices and proximity maintenance alerts.
  • Participate in the organization of maintenance shutdowns.

4. Delegation

  • May take over the delegation of the Primary Production Facility Manager during his/her absences, and may take part in management on-call duty.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. 10 to 15 years´experience ( significant operational or technical experience in general)

3. Fluent in English

CORE SKILLS: Plant operation; Process; Process Control (DCS, PLC, control strategy); Maintenance tools & methods; Labour law & social regulation; Industrial sites regulations; IMS knowledge & applicable standards.
