Your Opportunity:
A Junior Designer (LG Men) is a key role within the men’s collection team, responsible for supporting the design of innovative, high-quality garments that align with the brand’s vision and seasonal themes. He/she/they will assist in research, design, and development initiatives, collaborating closely with the Senior Designer, Production, and cross-functional teams to ensure concepts are both creative and technically feasible.
Your Contribution:
Conduct and present research aligned with the macro themes of the collection, exploring new references and inspirations to contribute innovative ideas.
Design garments within the guidelines set by the Senior Designer, proposing creative concepts that are both aesthetically compelling and technically feasible.
Support the development of production-ready garments by preparing clear technical drawings, collaborating with Production and Print teams, and participating in fittings with concise documentation.
Maintain accurate records of sketches, notes, and garment evolution to ensure clarity throughout the design and development process.
Your Skills:
2–3 years of relevant experience in men’s fashion or luxury apparel design.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Strong artistic and technical skills, with attention to detail and awareness of fashion trends.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and exploratory mindset.
