Our Program
Our 2026/27 Construction Undergraduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning, build your confidence, and give you hands‑on experience that sets you up for future success.
Across a 12‑week summer placement, you will:
Work on real construction projects, supported by experienced professionals.
Learn from industry leaders who will help build your technical capability.
Collaborate with peers, mentors and multidisciplinary teams, forming networks that support your early career.

We are offering the following Undergraduate Program roles for 2026:
Undergraduate Site Engineer
As an Undergraduate Site Engineer, you will support a construction project team with the coordination and management of on‑site activities. You’ll gain exposure to the delivery of large‑scale projects across a range of sectors.
Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor
As an Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll develop skills in measurement, costing and cost planning. You’ll contribute to the preparation of estimates and cost plans, learning the foundations of Quantity Surveying in a hands‑on environment.
Undergraduate Contract Administrator
As an Undergraduate Contract Administrator, you will gain exposure to subcontractor procurement, contract administration, forecasting, and cashflow management. You’ll develop commercial awareness and practical experience within a project environment.
Design & Project Management Undergraduate
As an Assistant Design Management Undergraduate, you will work within a Design and Construction project team that is responsible for delivering successful design and construction outcomes. The role assists with planning and coordination of design related activities for the Project.
Digital Engineering Undergraduate
As a Digital Engineer Undergraduate, you will support project teams in delivering high‑quality Digital Engineering, BIM, and data outcomes across the design and construction phases of our projects.
Construction Planning & Scheduling Undergraduate
As a Planning & Scheduling Undergraduate, you’ll support the development and updating of construction programs, contribute to monthly reporting, and assist with extension‑of‑time submissions. Your work will help keep projects on track through effective planning.
Services Engineer Undergraduate
As a Services Engineer Undergraduate, you will work within a construction project team that is responsible for delivering successful construction projects. The role includes assisting with the coordination and monitoring of the site construction activities, specifically services packages, including Electrical, Hydraulics and Mechanical trades, to ensure construction is completed safely and within schedule and costs objectives and to high standards.
Health & Safety Undergraduate
As a Health & Safety Undergraduate, you will have exposure to all aspects of Lendlease’s Health & Safety function including Corporate, Investment, Development and Construction. You will build a foundational understanding of Health & Safety systems, processes and frameworks that enable the safe delivery of works and operations at Lendlease, including applying the Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs) and the Healthy & Safety Management System in a practical, hands-on way. You will be introduced to key stages of the construction and operational lifecycle and will learn how Health & Safety principles are applied in everyday decision-making. Availability of the roles per state vary, when processing your application, you will have the opportunity to select the state/role that is relevant to you.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Undergraduate Program, you must:
Be in your penultimate year of study.
Hold Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency at the time of application.
