Our Program

Our 2027 Construction Graduate Program offers a variety of hands-on opportunities. Across a one-year program, you’ll build real world skills, learn from experienced mentors and grow your professional network—all designed to help you develop and succeed.

We are offering the following Graduate Program roles for 2027:

Graduate Site Engineer

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will work within a construction project team, assisting with the co-ordination and management of construction activities. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of some of our successful, large-scale construction projects that Lendlease delivers across a variety of sectors.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will learn key skills to provide accurate measurement and costing of construction elements, contributing to the production of cost plans and estimates. You will develop a deep understanding of cost planning and quantity surveying principles and apply these in your day-to-day activities. 

Graduate Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administration Graduate you will gain exposure to procurement of subcontractors and suppliers (procurement), learn about head contract and subcontract administration (contract administration), as well as to develop skills in forecasting and cashflow management.

Digital Engineering Graduate

As a Digital Engineer Graduate, you will support project teams in delivering high‑quality Digital Engineering, BIM, and data outcomes across the design and construction phases of our projects.

Services Engineer Graduate

As a Graduate Services Engineer, you will work within a construction project team that is responsible for delivering successful construction projects. The role includes assisting with the coordination and monitoring of the site construction activities, specifically services packages, including Electrical, Hydraulics and Mechanical trades, to ensure construction is completed safely and within schedule and costs objectives and to high standards. 

Health & Safety Graduate

As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will have exposure to all aspects of Lendlease’s Health & Safety function including Corporate, Investment, Development and Construction. You will build a foundational understanding of Health & Safety systems, processes and frameworks that enable the safe delivery of works and operations at Lendlease, including applying the Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs) and the Health & Safety Management System in a practical, hands-on way. You will be introduced to key stages of the construction and operational lifecycle and will learn how Health & Safety principles are applied in everyday decision-making.

Role availability varies by state. During your application, you’ll be able to select the locations and roles relevant to you.

Eligibility & Program Requirements

To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Program, you must:

  • Have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2024–2026

  • Be able to work full‑time from February 2027

  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency at the time of application

Recruitment Process Timeline

  • Online psychometric assessment & video interview (for eligible candidates)

  • Assessment Centres: April/May 2026
