The Role
As our Performance Marketer (Multi-Channel), you’ll own paid growth beyond LinkedIn.
This is not “try a bit of everything.”
This is systematic channel expansion with ruthless measurement.
Channels may include:
- Google Search (Initial KEY Priority!, could easily spend 50k/month on this channel alone)
- YouTube
- Meta
- Reddit / programmatic / other emerging channels
- review platforms / intent sources (G2, Capterra,…)
You will build a repeatable engine that turns spend into measurable pipeline, and shut down what doesn’t work.
Your Mission
1) Build the paid channel portfolio
- identify which channels match our buyers + intent
- test quickly with clean measurement
- scale winners, kill losers
- document learnings so the system compounds
2) Own conversion paths end-to-end
You don’t buy clicks, you buy outcomes.
You work with Web Growth, product marketing and other marketing team members to ensure:
- landing pages convert
- offers match intent
- tracking is usable
- funnels are coherent
3) Run experiments like a machine
- hypotheses, test design, velocity
- creative angle libraries
- offer testing
- audience testing
- budget allocation frameworks
4) Be performance-native, not platform-native
You adapt to wherever the attention and economics are best, not where you feel comfortable.
What we’re looking for

- Proven track record scaling performance across multiple paid channels (especially Linkedin!)
- Strong measurement instincts + comfort with imperfect attribution
- High speed of execution
- Great judgment on creative, hooks, and offers
