Legal Department Support

  • Support the initial review of minor contracts and commercial documentation.

  • Support the preparation and follow-up of signature requests (including internal approval flows and electronic signatures).

  • Support the coordination of notarial procedures and collection of corporate documentation.

  • Legal research in commercial, maritime, and corporate matters.

  • Support in the automation and organization of the department’s document archive.

  • General support in all legal tasks assigned.

Claims Department Support

  • Support the updating the third‑party claims registration system.

  • Preliminary analysis, classification, and follow-up of claims (mainly container damage).

  • Assistance in calculation of provisions and support in the preparation of internal reports.

  • Participation in settlement negotiations for low‑value claims.

  • Assistance in cases related to vessel damage and cargo damage.

  • Support in internal projects to automate the claims workflow.

Cross-functional and Development Tasks

  • Collaboration in the department’s continuous improvement initiatives (mainly process automation).

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and supporting materials for internal meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Students from the following programs: Dual Bachelor Degree in Law and Business Administration; Bachelor Degree in Law and Data Analysis; Master’s Degree in Legal Practice.

  • Spanish: Fluent; English: B2 (C1 desirable)

The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment. Works under close supervision. A colleague at this level performs work that is based on routines and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions.
